Any burn layer will tell you that if they could run a deck with 18 land and 42 Lightning Bolt they would. This is my attempt to emulate that. By using Discard outlets and madness, we go from having 12 Lightning Bolts (Lava Spike, Lightning Bolt, Rift Bolt) to 20 Lightning Bolts (same + Bump in the Night, Alms of the Vein, Fiery Temper). Now, there's a bit of work to get these extra cards to behave like Bolt, so we have Collective Brutality and Oona's Prowler to Enable Madness

Sideboard is a mess, will work on it when time allows. One of Stomping Ground is for Post Board games when I need Destructive Revelry for Leyline of Sanctity or Chalice of the Void
