To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is the deck I played this weekend at GP Vancouver. While I stumbled in the main event, going 5-4 and missing out on Day 2, I signed up for the largest Modern Side event, the 187 player "Modern Confrontation"swiss, and was the only undefeated at 9-0, splitting the top 4.

For those unfamiliar, Basic Idea is Turn 1 play a mana accelerant, then T2 either Stone Rain or Blood Moon to slow your opponent down. This opens the door for a massive Turn 3 or Turn 4 threat like Chandra, Torch of Defiance or Stormbreath Dragon. There's even potential for really broken starts with T1 Arbor Elf, into turn 2 Utopia Sprawl. This makes 4 mana on T2, which can mean a T2 Mwonvuli Acid-Moss, or Chandra, either of which leads into a T3 Inferno titan.
Finally, Madcap Experiment + Platinum Emperion combo together, getting the 8/8 Emperion out as early as T2. Some decks simply can't beat Emperion, and the deck ramps so much it can pretty reliably cast the Emperion by the end game.
Finally, for anyone wondering why the deck is called Ponza. It comes from the original Standard deck from 2000 nick-named Ponza Rotta Red. A ponza rotta is like an Italian Calzone, and the deck was nick-named that because it had all the pieces of a calzone. The crust (mana ramp), the meat (big creatures), the red sauce (red spells), and the spice/cheese (land destruction).
