Use Kalastria healer and Eerie interlude for lots of life drain. Cliffhaven vampire speeds this process up and eldrazi displacer offers a slower but reusable flicker effect.

General Tazri is good a good flicker target and tutors for kalastria healer.

Don't fear using planar outburst because zulaport cutthroat will make it profitable or use erie interlude during your opponents end step then cast planar outburst during your turn and then get all your creatures back at the beginning of your end step.
