Here's where I'd probably start with a jumping off point for Black Red Aggro. Its a relatively well sorted decklist that's seen some tournament play. It also only uses the most recent year's worth of sets, so all the cards will be easy to find but potentially a little expensive because they're in high demand for Standard play.

That said, I don't think Standard play is the right power level for what our group does. We tend to play more with the Modern era (~post-2003) or budget Legacy (all cards ever, minus some banned ones, and obv we skip the really expensive ones) and that has way higher power levels.
Some changes from your original list that I'd look into, and why:
Cuts
Captive Audience. Its a sweet card with really hilarious effects, but 7 mana is a big ask in an aggressive deck, and the way we play it would tend to Chaos/Chamberlain the game super hard no matter what.
Hackrobat. Its an interesting card, but a 2/3 3 mana (or 2 spectactled) is kind of an abysmal rate, and it's a mana hog to make it into a 4/1...which will probably die. That would probably be fine in a draft, but won't cut it the way we play.
Spikewheel Acrobat. 5/2 is a lot of teeth, but a soft butt. It doesn't have a way of getting around defending creatues like Flying or Menace, so most blocks will probably kill it.
Goblin Chainwhirler. It pains me to say it because this is one of my favorite cards right now, but he doesn't fit well in ver.1 of this deck. He'll be hard to cast, he kills half of your own shit, and he's surprisingly expensive to purchase at the moment because of how good he is in Standard tournament play. We can do better for the money.
Lands. This deck wants to have either B or R on the first turn, almost always wants access to BRX and RRR 3rd turn, and wants access to BBRR by the 4th turn. So buy as much consistency as you can afford. I never mind spending extra on good lands because theyre always useful to have in your collection and it sucks to sit there without being able to cast your stuff on the right turn.
Substitutions:
Fireblade Artist. He's a hasty boi, which is great in the early game and as a surprise attacker. And he can sacrifice stuff that's just laying around to deal extra damage in the late game, which is great for sniping.
Keldon Marauders. This guy is a good straight swap for Chainwhirler. He does a damage for Spectacle when he enters, he's got the same size, he's easier and cheaper to cast, and he's practically free to purchase. Plus he can enable Spectacle when he dies too.
Hellrider. He can deal an crapload of damage out of nowhere. Good for our group games. He's a good sub for Spawn of Mayhem to consistently trigger Spectacle while being considerably cheaper to buy as well.
Theater of Horrors. Seems like a cool payoff card for Spectacle. Drawing extra cards is really good in the late game, and this seems like it'll do it well. Might be better off as a 4th Judith though. That card is stupid good.
Sideboard. I'm gonna leave this up to you to look at and see if you want to play around with some of these.
Living Death with a sacrificer seems like the killer combo finisher this deck is looking for: it lets you sac most of your shit to do damage with Judith, attack with a big dumb guy, then Living Death to get it all back and do it again next turn. Should be great at stealing wins the longer a game goes on.
Chandra's Spitfire will get ridiculously big pretty consistently in our group games with Spear Spewer in the deck. Could be worth building around for raw power alone, but it may dilute the other synergies you're working with and/or make you a target for stealing wins out of nowhere.
