The strategy to thus deck is too drop as many goblins as possible and immediately attack just like any aggro goblin deck but there's a couple of trick up your sleeve when you have enough to do a lot of damage. One of the strategy tips is to drop goblin cohort or foundry street denizen for 1st turn then drop mogg war marshal allowing either cohort or denizen to attack for 2 or 3 damage and try to aggro you opponent and you go from there. After that if you have enough goblins or goblin arsonists drop those late game then you could start burning your opponent with goblin grenade or collateral damage straight at him or her. And bolt em if you got em. But that's one of the options. You can start coming with any options with other goblins, like the chieftain for instance, he buffs your gobs and all, and there's your mob boss Krenko, for him you would likely build a small army for him and if chieftain is out there you can start making more goblin buddies and go for the kill. But it's not garunteed, so really you have a bunch of ideas. Other than that there's the goblin smash'n'burn deck enjoy the chaos
