To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is really just sakkra's list: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/534706
All I did was replace the Coalition Honor Guards with Standard Bearers because those are miles better.
Here's an article discussing the deck: https://theweeklywars.wordpress.com/2017/01/13/theweeklywars-15-trying-out-pauper-bogles
Further, some thoughts on individual cards.
I really like Mana Tithe and I'm probably going to try squeezing a second copy into the maindeck. Taxing effects are really good when you're applying pressure and this deck is one of the best in the format at doing that, regularly threatening turn four kills. There's also a rather small subset of cards the deck cares about, mostly Edict effects and countermagic, which are best dealt with through your own countermagic.
Khalni Garden is a card I might end up moving to the sideboard. At that point, it might be better to just play more copies of Young Wolf or possibly Tukatongue Thallid (because of graveyard hate) though. I'll definitely toy around with these slots.
I might move a copy of Lifelink to the maindeck. You often need to gain some life to win races and having a cheaper alternative to Armadillo Cloak for Heliod's Pilgrim is welcome.
I am also not opposed to the idea of adding some red cards to the deck, namely Electrickery and Flaring Pain. Gut Shot has been underperforming and Sorcery speed enchantment removal is not exactly the best way to deal with Circles of Protection. There's also the odd Fog-effect you face every now and then.
There are more things I want to move around, but those are already covered in the article I linked to in the beginning.
