Teferi Tutelage Mill (Modern)

This deck is based on the base theory behind the Azorius Mill deck floating around standard, though this deck contains many direct upgrades over the deck in standard at the moment. Honestly, we run like a control deck. If we can preserve our life total, it's fine to drop our win conditions on turn five or six. Sphinx's Tutelage is an amazing upgrade over Psychic Corrosion, having a loot ability if our hand has become smaller or is nil protecting ourselves. Path is a solid choice over Seal Away, it's faster and during the midgame is easy to hold up mana for while keeping enough mana for instant speed draw spells. Radical Idea is way behind compared to Serum Visions. We don't play Sleight of Hand because it puts cards into our hand instead of us drawing a card. Terminus for one extra mana gives us a chance to wipe a board in an unbalanced way for a mere single white family. Thirst for Knowledge is a huge upgrade over Chemisters Insight, providing more Tutelage triggers. Finally, we passed on Jace, the Mind Sculptor on favor of Teferi, Hero of Dominaria because he feeds our mana hungry deck while also giving us more Sphinx's Tutelage triggers. He also gives us an interesting play against any mill hate like Gaea's Blessing

The sideboard is pretty self explanatory. Oust is for indestructable aggro creatures or fatties which also slows the deck. Deprive is our counterspell number three and four. Eidolon of Rhetoric can stop storm of we can protect him. Silent Arbitor is our Ensnaring Bridge since our hands should be nearly maximum card size making Bridge useless while Arboter does the same job. Renewed Faith gives us options to slow down burn and aggro. Finally Rest is Peace for graveyard hate.
