Jeskai Control (Standard)

A standard control deck, the goal is to keep the board pretty clear until I can drop the Gearhulks, or transform the Thing in the Ice.

Game 2, I swap in Linvala instead of the Gearhulks as a finisher, since the extra life makes it that much harder for them to push through the last bit of damage, and an extra body is nice, albeit she doesn't come in with Flash. This also means that any Abrade or Dispossess that get sided in to deal with the Gearhulks get blanked. Thing in the Ice survives Sweltering Suns, Abrade, and Magma Spray, while also blocking their creatures (if they let it). It transforms just from playing the game.

Saheeli has a nice +1 ability, letting me fix my draws to an extent, while also pinging the opponent for 1. Her -2 ability also lets me "double dip" on Gearhulks, triggering the Enter the battlefield ability an additional time. Renegade Map is mana fixing, but also lets me search up basics so I can play the Port Towns untapped.

Wandering Fumeroles will be swapped for Spirebluff Canals as soon as I can get hold of them.
