Get a Talrand, Noyan, and Alarm out at once. Proceed to cantrip through your deck, generating an army of land creatures, wipe all the non-land creatures (yes, including our friendly merfolk and their flock of birds), then crash in with your continent. Possibly actually less bad versions of this deck might cut down on the cantrips and the combo, and use it as a secondary effect for a merfolk deck based around untap effects, or they might add red (and money) and get into a jeskai storm build.
