Uncle Karl's Birthday Party (EDH / Commander)

Teysa's throwing a birthday party for Uncle Karl! We'll have plenty of ponies!

Theme:
Trying to synergize Teysa Karlov's abilities with Karlov of the Ghost Council to throw an amazing birthday party.

Deck strategy:
Trigger as much incidental life gain as possible. Most of this is around creatures entering the battlefield, which has synergies with the token subtheme.

Win conditions:
Aside from the obvious Exquisite Blood/Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, or Marauding Blight-Priest combo, we're looking for incremental advantage and control from incidental life gain plus one or more payoffs. The majority of the incidental life gain comes from creatures entering the battlefield, which has synergy with the token sub theme. Alternate win conditions come from tons of indestructible horse tokens, Aetherflux Reservoir providing us with a one shot kill (or going off with Bolas's Citadel), or Archangel of Thune building up a board of dorks to something useful.

What this deck isn't:
We're actively trying to avoid an "aristocrats" Orzhov deck (although we have Blood Artist as a backup plan).
