In the past format, it was not very well-positioned to play red because of cards like Dromoka's Command but now that it is gone, it opens up the chance for red decks to perform, for example, this mono red deck splashing black for Unlicensed Disintegration.
If you have played with Searing Blaze before, you will know that Unlicensed Disintegration will be insane. The drawback is that you need to play with many artifacts, but thankfully Kaladesh provides a lot of great cards.
The one-drops are usually the most important for a red aggro deck. Bomat Courier is very good in the early game and even attacking once or twice with it will either force your opponent to kill it or you get to draw a few extra cards later.

Scrapheap Scrounger will also ensure that you have an artifact in play, even if your opponent destroys Smuggler's Copter. Pia Nalaar, Key to the City and Fleetwheel Cruiser bring up the total artifact count to 21, which is a lot! This enables you to also play Inventor's Apprentice as a 2/3 for 1 mana consistently.
The interaction of Fiery Temper with Bomat Courier, Key to the City and Smuggler's Copter is also excellent! The mana curve and mana base of this deck are both quite good and it is a decent deck if you wish to play aggro.
