To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
The deck tries to control the board with counter and burn spells. The aim is to play elusive 2/1 creatures during the opponents end turn and use them to shutdown the game 2 damages at a time. Burn spells are also useful to close the game: Char and Earthquake in particular are good burn finishers and the latter has the upside to help to clean the board by opponents little creatures most of times. Even if it has a good number of control spells this is not a full control deck, in fact the games don't last much time: the goal is to have just a little life advantage, counter/burn the most problematic spells/creatures, and let the little creatures damage you.
Swans are one of our finishers, it is a 4/3 creature with great synergies with some of our stuffs. First of all it turns a Lighinting Bolt in an Ancestral Recall, and moreover it allows you to discard 1 card, draw 5 with Lighining Axe at instant speed. This means you can often get a card advantage also replying to a removal spell targeting our Swans. Besides, they are spirits, and you could often cast them at the opponent end turn with a Rattlechains on the table. Finally, it has also some synergy with Fevered Visions, forcing your opponent to fill his hand and get some extra damage.
Also Remand works well with Feverd Visions, slowing down your opponent and keeping his hand full of cards.
At last, it costs less than 20tix :D
