Kynaios & Tiro of Meletis w/ Morph (Semi-Budget) (EDH / Commander)

This is a control-ish deck with a morph ability printed on a creature for almost any situation you can think of.

Therefor, the long-term goal is to assemble Ixidor, Reality Sculptor, Weaver of Lies, and Master of the Veil on the battlefield. With those three, you can basically use any morph ability on your creatures as many times as you need them - and as long as you've got mana, of course.

But K&T provide you land very reliably, even more with Trail of Mystery out.

The Scry-lands, Halimar Depths and Unblinking Bleb let you get a glimpse of the top of your library, so you know when to manifest at the right time with Mastery of the Unseen. If you don't have it yet, the library manipulation just lets you find the right morph creature faster as an answer to the current boardstate. If you happen to have Mastery out, you'll come to love the otherwise underrated Congregation at Dawn.

Upgrades: If you're not on such a tight budget, first things to add would be creature tutors for the three pieces so you can do your repeated morph action. And make the mana base less ETB tapped, of course.
