Just building decks to let players grab a deck for $20 and play in a casual FNM or rookies events.
Sideboard is optional (but recommended) it will always make the deck go beyond $20 but I will try to make it as cheap as possible.

All "20$Tops decks" will get updated or replaced when new sets and rotations happens :)
--------------- ::: $20Tops deck ::: ---------------

Sun Empire's Wall is a defensive deck aimed at playing a "doran strategy" your creatures will be big and cheap for their toughness. Ramp (increase your sources of mana production) cards like gift of paradise, commune with dinosaurs and reduce the cost of your dinosaurs with Kinjalli's caller, all this to try and reach 7 mana as fast as possible so you can play your winning card: Belligerent Brontodon.

Remember that once you have enough lands you can use your commune with dinosaurs to find the needed dinosaurs, for example Belligerent Brontodon or a well timed (after your opponent has spent a lot of removal in other creatures) Kinjalli's sunwing.

With Belligerent Brontodon all your 1/3, 1/4 and 1/7 creatures become 3/3 4/4 and 7/7 creatures, protect it with sheltering light and use lifecrafter's bestiary to find quickly your next Brontodon if your opponent kills the first one.

Sideboard [OPTIONAL]

If you prefer to get ready to face less basic decks, adding the Sideboard is a good decision. It gives flexibility to your deck and the chance to beat more easily specific strategies.

Desert's hold stops completely a scarab god or a hazoret (good thing you have a 1/7 to stop the first attack)

Life goes on is a fine addition against aggro centry strategies (like "ramunap red")

Gideon's intervention is our solution to boardwipes specially the most dangerous of them all for your deck: settle the wreckage Also if you are facing an approach of the second sun deck, you can name that card (just remember that in most cases, your opponent will take out that card once he/she sees your Gideon's intervention)

Finally, Skywhaler's shot is a fantastic card if you are facing more aggressive dinosaurs, like green/red strategies.
