As all good citizens and members of the Azorious, we will keep the peace through rule of the law.
    Violators will be punished

The goal here is to stall the game out and keep the magic fair and balanced until people get out of hand and lock them up in prison.

    Win Conditions:
First and foremost you want to gain a lock on the table by getting Lavinia, Azorius Renegade out with either a Knowledge Pool or Omen Machine. These cards together say your opponents can no longer play magic from their hands or messes with their drawing power.

Most wincons revolve around the main way to get infinite mana. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Mana rocks worth over 3.
Once this is achieved use one of these cards to win.

Capsize = Bounce every single permanent back to your opponents hand (yes including lands) and control the game until you beat them up with your little 2/2 commander or they scoop out of frustration.

Walking Ballista = Just cast for enough to kill everyone at the table. Honestly no need to go to overboard here. Okay who am I kidding. Load that sucker up to 500,000,000,000,000 counters and blow everyone to smithereens.

Rest in peace + Helm of Obedience
By themselves you can take one person out and slowly kill everyone at the table one by one by protecting the combo with counters.
This can be sped up with Paradox engine or dramatic scepter.

This deck does not appear to be legal in EDH / Commander.

    Problems: Paradox Engine is banned.
