To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

The goal is a combination of the three guilds represented:

Dimir - There is a lot of self-milling in the deck. Use your large graveyard to power Tarmogoyf and Lord of Extinction.
Simic - Master Biomancer and Zameck Guildmage should help you buff any creatures entering the battlefield, either from your hand or the graveyard.
Golgari - Use reanimator spells to return one of the (hopefully) many creature cards in your graveyard. In theory, this will get you to the creatures you want much faster.

Update 1:

Removed all of the Deathcap Cultivators and replaced them with 4 lands. They weren't providing much extra utility, and the mana draws were inconsistent.
Removed 1 Zameck Guildmage and moved 1 to the sideboard. Despite getting at least one every game, I never found myself using either ability. Perhaps it has its place in the deck still, but 4 are not necessary.
Removed 1 Codex Shredder, 1 Grim Return, and moved 1 Palace Siege to the sideboard to make room for new cards.

Added Hero's Downfall, Nylea, God of the Hunt, and Primal Rage. The deck is good at consistently putting out large creatures; hopefully the addition of these cards will make it easier to break down walls.

Took the 2 Vorel of the Hull Clade out of the SB and put them in the main deck. I ended up getting counters way more consistently than I expected, so hopefully Vorel will mesh with that.
