To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

This is my 2nd Commander deck. Faeries are one of my favorite tribes, and first I was thinking of building a semi-competitive Modern deck. But with the passing of months I realized that I'd fare better assembling an EDH deck to exploit casual gameplay.
The grand lady of the fae is Oona, Queen of the Fae, and she's the undisputed leader of the deck. But despite her leadership, this deck has gone through lots of transformations and phases. First it started as a pure Faerie tribal deck with lots of spells to get rid of threats from our opponents' hands. Then, I added a Mill theme, with tons of spells to drain opponents' libraries. Later I took a turn for creatures with Flash, as I found that I liked playing on my opponents' turns. Oona's deck remained as a mixture of these 3 strategies.
Recently, Wilds of Eldraine provided so many resources to Faeries, that made me grab this deck and tweak it again, so I decided to take out the Mill strategy and reinforce the tribal theme, maintaining the Flash one. The Fae Dominion pre-constructed deck added many cards to this build, improving the Faeric synergy.
So, the deck is mainly a Control one, caring about answering threats by either countering spells or returning permanents to hand. Unwind, Rewind, Negate and Spell Stutter are some of the counterspells this deck runs. Drawing cards always is important, Distant Melody, Reconnaissance Mission and Stinging Study generate some conditional card-draw for us. And as for creatures, we have the flashy ones like Brineborn Cutthroat, Notion Thief, Cunning Nightbonder and Slitherwisp, and we have the faerie tricksters like Scion of Oona, Glen Elendra Liege, Sower of Temptation and Brazen Borrower. To search my library for these pieces, the deck relies mainly on Mystical Teachings, Beseech the Queen and Faerie Harbinger, these last two having Bitterblossom as a primary target to ensure board presence as soon as possible.
