Ajani, Nissa, and Gideon: Planeswalkers All-out Attack v1.1 (Modern)

Primary Strategy: Aggro buffed by spells and Planeswalkers.
Secondary Strategy: Take advantage of Gideon of the Trials to not lose creatures.
Tertiary Strategy: Planeswalkers are a distraction from the actual threat, see above.

Planeswalkers:
Ajani: +1/+1 Counters on creatures and buffs loyalty of other Planeswalkers, reduces damage to Planeswalkers, and can make a creature a bomb.
Nissa: Mana ramping, card draw, and +1/+1 counters.
Gideon: Can't lose the game, untap my creatures, tap their creatures, buff my creatures.
Djeru, With Eyes Open to tutor for a specific Planeswalker.
Eternal Witness for emergency graveyard recovery (Planeswalkers, Djeru, or Fungal Sprouting).
Oath of Ajani for +1/+1 counters and makes Planeswalkers cheaper.
Inspiring Roar for +1/+1 counters.
Grove of the Guardian: A bomb to add a big creature later in game.
Sporemound: Takes advantage of mana ramping to get more creatures.
Yoked Ox: Early game blocker.
Rootborn Defenses: Makes creatures indestructible and adds a copy of one token (intended for 8/8 elemental from Grove of the Guardian).
Penumbra Spider and Watcher in the Web as blockers for fliers.
Can get additional "Penumbra Spiders" with Populate
Can use Rootborn Defenses to block 7 creatures with impunity, Afflict aside.
Added Rampant Growth for mana ramping
NOTES: Slightly under the mana curve, but mana ramping will make up for it.

REMOVED:
Planeswalker tutors, except for Djeru, since I could do the same things for less
Nissa's Pilgrimage only uses forests, when I run 8 maximum
Fungal Sprouting: Unreliable to use in addition to only having one.

Added Rampant Growth, Watcher in the Web, and Penumbra Spider
