Plan A is to keep all the artifact of mana cost 0 in hand until you have like 1 Reckless Fireweaver and 2 Efficient Construction or 2 Reckless Fireweaver and 1 Efficient Construction and try to put all your low mana cost artifacts at once, with Pull from Tomorrow and Inspiring Statuary you use all the artifacts you have in place to take as many cards and keep all the low-cost artifacts in hand, with Paradoxical Outcome you can defend with your weak creatures and then return to your hand, or if its late, put the low-cost artifacts then return them, and then put them again for maximun damage with Reckless Fireweaver.
