At first glance, Mishra, Artificer Prodigy looks like one of the worst commanders you could possibly have, second place to Phage the Untouchable. Here's what you have to pay attention to: on cast, Mishra's ability triggers. Let's use Sol Ring as an example. If someone counters your sol ring, it ends up in your graveyard, whereupon Mishra's ability returns it to the battlefield. Even if they use Remand or Unsubstantiate to bounce it to your hand, Mishra's ability brings it back. So right off the bat, your artifacts are uncounterable.

So next, I put in cards that will hurt my opponent's more than myself; Possibility Storm, Nullstone Gargoyle, Planar Chaos, and Ice Cave. I also added some other Chaos effects (like Timesifter and Teferi's Puzzle Box) to keep the game interesting.

For suggestions, I would like either like more chaos effects, to make games fun (not irritating though). I would also like suggestions for a win-con. Currently, I use either Time Sieve + Thopter Assembly (for infinite turns) or Aetherflux Reservoir (Possibility Storm lets you cast lots of spells).
