Main strategy is "options." Deck has multiple options for combos. The main focus is continual recycling of cards from the graveyard to the hand or back to the battlefield. The cards returned also have abilities that can be continually re-used such as plus one counters, gain 7 life, all creatures have vigilance and can block 2 creatures at a time, etc. Jarad also gives the option to sacrifice high power creatures and deal that much damage to all players except the self. One can then return those cards to the hand with gleancrawler or with eternal witness and replay them gaining more counters or more life etc. One can also use the blue cards to dispel instants like cancel etc. This deck also presents a mana ramp with boundless realms. Boundless realms can also be reused as eternal witness can bring back any card type from graveyard. Realms lets you fetch basic lands equal to the amount of lands you have in play. High cost for 6 and one green but can be played early if the karoo lands are in play or two lands have market festival turning a single land into a 2 of any color and one that the land already is. Prismatic omen enchants lands and makes them "any color" producers. Torrent elemental has the ability to tap all the creatures opponent controls leaving them wide open. Works good when you use it in an attack with doomgape, gearhulk "assuming you put the counters on itself to make it an 8/8" and fusion elemental. Kin Tree Invocation also presents a fun twist. You bring it out late game if you have an 8/8 or the 10/10 doomgape and it becomes the same as your most powerful creature as a token creature. Works well with eternal witness because you can eternal witness the card that produces the token, put it back in hand and play it again gaining another spirit warrior token creature. I've actually gotten about 6 of these on the field at once doing this in a cycle. Return one, play again with eternal witness, attack with eternal witness or block and lose eternal witness, bring back eternal witness with eternal witness or with gleancrawler's ability and eternal witness the kin tree, play kin tree again, get another token etc. Rise of the dark realms and garruk's wake. I love this combo. Send all opponents creatures to the GY, and bring them back out under your control. Since they were not "cast" they don't have sum/sick, and you send them all at your opponent/s that are wide open. 9 mana cost for each but if the ramp is there, it's golden and I've been able to execute this "both cards in one turn" at the least......by turn 5 and above. I don't play this combo unless I have a dispel or negate in hand, on the off chance someone try's to cancel it. That way I can negate or dispel their cancel. Last, there is also the "door to nothingness" and this can potentially be executed with this deck on turn 5 or above "if" you play the cards right and obtain the right draw. This deck has become quite a menace with my friends who like to play infect, mill, and land destruction. I can cancel most land destruction effects, mill doesn't matter because I can bring stuff back out of the graveyard anyway, and poison deck; well, I concentrate on taking that player out first if I can. Typically I can pretty easily in a group game.
