Archived Theme Deck for Modern

This is the final revision of my original Izzet League theme deck. This deck will not be further built, as I've changed my vision for my line of Ravnica Guild theme decks, but I want to preserve it here for the sake of posterity.

Original Description

Semi-slow burn with some hand manipulation. Focuses on instants and sorceries and the creatures almost entirely relate to that. Izzet Staticaster is great for combating small token creatures, and with an overloaded Electrickery can pretty effectively counter cards that bring in a ton of tokens.

The main weakness lies in drawing too many heavy-cost cards too early or just not drawing into enough burn spells to remove threats quickly enough.
