The main strategy is to attach Contaminated Bond and Sinister Possession to an opponent's creatures. This does two things, one lock your opponents from attacking and if they do attack, they will be taking some damage.

Darkness and Steel Wall are there to reduce some earlier damage. The Deck also use Contaminated Ground to make your opponent think twice before tapping for mana. Since their enchanted land is a swamp, an attached Unholy Strength Blistergrub can takes advantage of its swampwalk ability. The typical Rakdos package of Blightning, Lightning Bolt and Terminate are all in the main and sideboard. I also add Bump in the Night which gives you options to finish off your opponent.

As for land, there are Mountain and Swamp. Evolving Wilds helps get the basic lands when you need them. Cycle-lands like Barren Moor help draw cards if we have enough lands in play. Bloodfell Caves also fix some of your duel mana requirement for this deck plus it gives you gain 1 life when it comes into play.

On the sideboard, we have Dash Hope for counterspell. Act of Treason steals your opponent's biggest and baddest creature, attack with it and then Fling it back at them. AEtherflame Wall help blocks shadows creatures which sometimes show up in pauper. Street Wraith gives you a larger sized creature to take advantage of swampwalk. Round the deck off with a little gem Crypt Rats to take out anything else.
