Strategy is to win by Rage Forger obviously but there are a few other cards which should make a winnable conditions by other means such as Lightning Bolt, Firemantle Mage, Chameleon Colossus and Atarka's Commands.
1) I took out Leaf-Crowned Elders because they played far too slow for our aggro motive deck.
2) I've tried to took out Wolf-Skull Shamans but after a few tryouts with different shamans/elementals I put them right back where they belong, in the deck. The reason is that for just two mana it is just too heavy of a threat for an opponent that he immediately have to get rid of it. Thus burn one of his answer cards right away and leave our Rage Forger alone.
3) I'm glad I took out Rootbound Crags - those lands were real pain to play even for budget.
4) Still not sure about Firemantle Mage though. I would need to test the deck more to really see the card power.
5) Birds seems like a huge help to get a creatures one turn earlier, and they are able to squeeze into our budget as well.
6) Finally Chameleon Colossus! This is a great card not only against any black coloured decks but in general too. I found out that I side-in this card too often so I left it in the main deck. When it hits the ground it wrecks the opponent-not having any answers for it. It could be tutored by Flamekin as it counts as elemental too.
