This is a bit of a weird one, as I tried to make the deck work with either side of the commander, Jorn AND the Kaldring.
There's plenty of 'pumpers' in the deck like [[Chilling Shade]] that benefit off [[Jorn, God of Winter]]. Dump all of your mana into their abilities before combat, then untap everything with Jorn, then pump them up even further. I tried to keep non-snow mana sources to a minimum, so most of the dual lands are the ones with the basic land types from Kaldheim. You can fetch them out with cards like [[Binding the Old Gods]] and [[Ranger's Path]].
You can also use [[Kaldring, the Rimestaff]] to play your snow cards out of the graveyard, either after you've used them on once they've been milled.
Since it's a snow land, I also tried to make [[Dark Depths]] work with cards like [[Thespian's Stage]] and [[Mirage Mirror]]. There's plenty of land tutors like [[Into the North]] and [[Sylvan Scrying]] to grab it. I also added [[Marit Lage's Slumber]] for good measure.
