** well, some of these cards have really gone up in price since late 2017, the Hangarback Walker, Hellkite Tyrant, Krark-clan Ironworks and Tolaria West have more than doubled, so I can't really call it budget anymore....

Main infinite combos are Breya or Marionette with Ashnod with Nim Deathmantle or Eldrazi Displacer
(Any on-color Creature with "Fabricate 2" can replace Marionette as long as you have something else like Disciple of the Vault on the field).

Saheeli Rai with Felidar Guardian

Krark-Clan with Sword with Thopter Foundry with something (Marionette, Reckless Fireweaver, Disciple of the Vault)

Tutoring with Trophy Mage, Trinket Mage, Deadeye Quartermaster, and cards with Transmute.

There are some good cards I do not have in here (Thran Dynamo, Aetherwork Reservoir, Panharmonicon, Paradox Engine) just because this deck functions fairly well at my LGS as is and people generally see this as a fair deck at the level of the group. I have some negation and my combos, but I don't have much to stop attacks and I am not playing board sweepers. So, if people swarm me I lose, but if they don't I have a decent shot at victory.

Try to get advantage through card draw and blinking ETBs and just quietly attempt to go infinite 1 turn sooner than people think it can be done.

I worked from the preconstructed deck to make the cards and mana base Blue top priority followed by Black / White split and Red splash. (The mulit colored cards (except Saheeli Rai) are Blue with Black or White.)
