Main Deck:
Use Herald of the Pantheon and Cloud Key to play expensive enchantments. The enchantments will force opponents to prioritize spells and resources. Into the Wilds helps get out land quickly and get spells into your hand. (Note: Into the Wilds does not count as your land play for the turn. It also stacks with multiple. So if there are several lands in a row, you can play those until a non-land comes up.) Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood is an unbeatable combo. Use a lifelink creature or Chalice of Life for instant win.
Use deathtouch creatures and Silent Arbiter to control creatures on the board and slow down aggro decks.
Bring back key cards from the grave using Treasured Find if opponent destroyed something useful. A wisely used Find can turn the tide of the game.
Hissing Quagmire for emergency creature coverage late game if you burned through your creatures. Although, that may take a while with Silent Arbiter keeping it at a slow pace with 1v.1 on the board.
Sideboard:
Caustic Caterpillar is useful for annoying enchantments and artifacts. And opponents can't steal it from you and use it against you unless they have green mana. It's also cheap and you can have it prepared on the field.
Additional Sanguine Bonds and Exquisite Bloods in case you need to tap into that combo faster.
Tainted Remedy for life ramp deck coverage.
The planeswalker itsn't necessary, but Vraska can be useful to gain another win condition or clear out annoying permanents.
