This deck is designed to take advantage of lots of cheap artifacts.

It does this through 3 main win conditions:
Beat them down with Herald of Anguish.
Alpha strike with a board of 5/5s with The Antiquities War.
Ultimate Tezzeret the Schemer and get an additional 5/5 every turn.

Some other cards of note:
Walking Ballista provides some removal and a late game mana sink.
Merchant's Dockhand gives you a way to dig for specific cards in longer games.
Sai, Master Thopterist generates a bunch of thopters and provides some card draw.
Metallic Rebuke lets you counter spells with just one blue mana up through improvise.
Fatal Push and Battle at the Bridge make up the removal for this deck.
