The idea of this deck is to setup the top of your library with scry effects and then call in large threats with either Aid from the Cowl or Believe.
It also has some ramp effects to get these large creatures out normally.
Setup:
Treasure Map just does everything in this deck. It sets things up with scry, provides a ton of ramp when it flips and generates treasures which are a great trigger for revolt.
Aether Theorist is mainly for scrying but being a 1/3 can also block some things early game and generates a good amount of energy.
Sailor of Means provides ramp through treasure but can also be a good blocker. The dream is turn 3 Sailor of Means into turn 4 Aid from the Cowl with a revolt trigger from the treasure.
Servant of the Conduit everyone knows, provides ramp and some energy.
Nissa, Steward of Elements does a lot for this deck. Can come down for 3 mana and start scrying for 2 each turn. Can also be a late game finisher with the ability to create 2 5/5 chargers for 8 mana.
Evolving Wilds helps to mana fix but also doubles as a revolt trigger when needed.
Key Cards:
Reason // Believe is where this deck gets its name and what it is all about. Being a split card means that if Reason doesn't see anything worth while you can save Believe for later when you see something off of a scry.
Aid from the Cowl is the other key part of the deck after Reason // Believe except it has the added benefit of sticking around and able to be triggered every turn. It also works on any permanent, not just creatures.
Payoff:
Scaled Behemoth is just a big Hexproof creature that can be a pain for attackers to deal with. A non-budget replacement here is Carnage Tyrant.
Sifter Wurm is versatile in that it can provide you with some healing when needed and/or setup the top of your deck for the next turn.
Aetherwind Basker is the biggest threat and the main finisher as it can generate a ton of energy and swing in with trample.
