The idea of this deck is to get out lots of thopters and buff them up with Favorable Winds.
Maverick Thopterist and Metallic Rebuke both have improvise which benefits from the several cheap artifacts as well as the thopters.
All the creatures are Artificers which allow them to equip the Inventor's Goggles for free.
Aethersphere Harvester generates some energy and gives the grounded creatures something to do.
It also provides some lifelink for the aggro matches.
Throne of the God-Pharaoh can get a lot of extra damage in with all of the thopters.
Creatures can be tapped by either crewing or improvise if attacking is not viable.
Decoction Module generates energy and effectively lowers the cost for Whirler Virtuoso to get out thopters.
It can also be used to save creatures late game.

Midrange: -1 Aethersphere Harvester, -1 Metallic Rebuke, +1 Confiscation Coup, +1 Kumena's Awakening

Special: Abrade comes in against artifacts, Silent Gravestone is to deal with graveyard strategies, Chandra's Defeat comes in against red
