Muldrotha, Combined Graveyard Commander (EDH / Commander) [Révision 54]

Muldrotha, the Gravetide is one of the strongest graveyard-based commanders of recent years and since I had too many decks flying around anyway, it was time to combine the forces of my Scarab God and Meren decks to create one of my most potent decks so far.

It starts relatively slow, by ramping via artifacts and spells like Harrow, Wood Elves, and Solemn Simulacrum, while also creating small value-engines over time with King Nafri´s Betrayal, Dreamborn Muse, and Claws of Gix to fill your graveyard. Make sure to slow down whatever your opponents are doing. Ashiok, Dream Render already proved himself as one of the planeswalkers in the deck, by holding 2 combo-decks at bay until they were able to play their Cyclonic Rifts. Cards like Plague Boiler and Oblivion Stone keep the board nice and clean while Mindslicer does the same with the hands.

Once the graveyard is filled, use everything you can to keep the engine rolling. There is a small Landfall sub-theme in the deck. Muldrotha makes it easier to use our graveyard´s full potential, and enough card-draw helps us if we have no access to her.

Of course, we have to win the game eventually. Wonder gives all your creatures evasion, while Avenger of Zendikar creates massive armies. Gonti, Lord of Luxury and Villainous Wealth steal the heavy hitters from our opponents.
Just enjoy the desperation on their faces, as you outvalue them all.
