Changes as of 31.05.2020
I stopped working at a MTG-LGS. I was really invested in working there so after quiting I found myself with alot of free time and also it sparked my interesst in playing commander again what was not possible for me before since I was working alot. The first thing I did was revisit basically the last year of MTG-Releases and scavanged everything for possible EDH playable cards. Getting a grip on all that I came back here and started upgrading all my decks with the fancy new cards that have been put out there by wizards lately. After that is done as off today I want to invest some more time into also upgrading all the descriptions for my decks to see how my perspective changed aswell over the past years when I orinially did this. So let's dig in:

Ah yeah the artifact deck man this is the third deck I'm writing a small review for and all of them take me back and bring some good memories this is great. This deck represents alot for me and also off me. The particular pile of cards I threw together here is the first Commander Deck I got after loosing all hope for this game and the changes it went through till then also fully mirror my shifting thouhtprocess and mentality towards the comamnder format. For various reasons I was excluded from my old playgroup, most of them stopped playing and I wasn't very fond of the remaining players so I was introduced to a completely new base of players which I'm going to face in the future and Oh Boy it was a shitfest. Most of the players at my LGS are on a tight budget and have rather questionable card choices not only due to their limited ammount of money but also their lack of skill and game knowledge so nobody can blame them. I went through the worst possible phase as a player I was being picked on from the minute I sat down and everybody agreed to fight against only me until I'm out of the game before I even put my deckbox on the table. Some good old reasoning and alot of tweeking my decks got me out of this horrible place a few weeks in.
Slowly but steadily everybody improved and of course some players joined and some left so currently we're at a very comfortable level again where everybody is playing in between the powerlevels of 5-9 on the scale that the youtoube channel commandzone established. Still though 5-9 leaves alot of room for a mismatched game and because of that I started building my own so to say toolbox of decks according to different power. Saheeli, the Gifted got the honor of being on a higher level than most of my other brews which only is natural with the overpowered artifact theme.
I excluded some of the very annoying things that would lead to destroying all of my opponents permanents including lands on a constant basis and other degenerate combos that are to easy to aquire. I even removed one of the very staples this deck had in form of mycosynth lattice since most of the combos were cut from the deck and it seemed like a dead aka. overkill card.
A very frustraing thing occured to me one day after I finished up upgrading this deck to the current format, I was very happy to have finally decided the few last cards to remove from the list when I realised there was literally not one way for me to finish out the game, no combo, no combat damage, no mill nothing. In my frustration I dared to open a long forgotten chamber and summon an old but extremely valuable resource of commander brewing... I messaged an old play buddy of mine if the would like to help build this deck with me. After a long and outrageous battle he got the better of me and decided for me to realize that this list is clearly not meant to be casual and I started adding some very powerfull cards like Rings of Brighthearth and Thassa's Oracle which lead this deck to be one of my strongest.
There is multiple ways to combo for different things like infinite draw or mana in the deck but I don't want to go into detail just ask in the comments if you want to know.
The things I struggled with were card advantage and the lack of usage of my commander. I will see if that changed but from the looks of it I am very happy with the current iteration of the deck.

If you want to know anything about my choices or have general questions feel free to ask any kind of feedback is more than welcome
I hope you liked getting a small Insight into my thoughts and as always don't forget to have fun!

I lost my whole collection all 13 edh decks 1 modern and 1 standart.
My community worked together and got me a new modern deck and on top of that gifted me the saheeli, the gifted precon.
They rekindelded the spirit in my body again and I started burning for magic again. I wanted to quit but they convinced me to keep going because I like the game way to much and they are right.

"""I invested another 150€ into this deck and I'll leave it at that, i tried to stay on a budget since I don't have much left so this is going to be the first deck you'll see on my account that isn't completely ridiciolous in terms of powerlevel and budget."""

This is going to be my treasure.

Well here we are uhm I lied. I upgraded the Deck again :P.
I build my favourite Edh Decks (4 on hand) and while doing that rippng apart this deck.
Then a few days later I picked it up again and wanted to improve it. So I did.

I rarely had this much trouble finishing up a Deck, the last cuts took alot of effort and I would immediately play 120 card if I could but I figured it out and I'm happy with it.

So let's see. First of all my budget changed again, I got back cards like vedalken orrery and academy ruins etc.
Now about the Deck itself.

It's a standart build for Saheeli, the gifted
I want to play lots of artifacts and then use her +1 to play something big.
We have a few cute interactions in the deck besides that.
Arcum Dagsson can give us any artifact out of the deck by just plusing our saheeli.
I decided to put in a Deepglow skate because if I have Saheeli + Deepglow skate + mycosynth lattice that generates a instant win board via combat damage.
Besides that the Deepglow skate has nice sinergy with all the other planeswalker in the deck and since we're playing a walker as our commander and I decided the chain veil needs to go into this deck because of that fact we also have that as an awesome support card for all these amazing walkers.
That is the most uncommon/exciting thing in this deck (the small planeswalker engine), I want to try out a bigger theme by putting in some extra turn cards and maybe even other support cards but I have to figure out what to cut by playtesting first.
Nothing really outstanding besides that, we have many very cool lands so the expedition map is extra good in the deck and also the chromatic lantern makes more sense then, it's typical artifact madness after that really you have lot's of searching many of the manas and so on.

I decided to not play some combo cards like Hellkite Tyrant, Nev-Disk, mechanized production because I don't want to blindly tutor for win and just play the game for once but normally you should all of them are good cards by themselves.
The Mana rocks could be improved alot by things like mana crypt, mana vault, mox diamond, mox amber and so on all the busted rocks but theyre out of budget

Overall I have to say it's a nice deck but I dislike having such a vulnerable commander so I saw myself building the deck more and more towards being unreliant on it's commander.

Thanks for reading
