It is very aggressive deck. It is not relying on burns. It has a sort of "Batallion Technique" and "Triggered Ability" to all of the creatures. Preeminent Captain has a striking and attacking effect, all they are like a Batallion army. Again not that expensive: $40 at most. MTGMint offered discount for ~$2,50 for Legion Loyalist, now is around ~$10,50 I think. Great deck.
