My first thought when I heard about Oathbreaker was "Wait... I can put Timetwister in the command zone?!"

So I did.

The deck has two strategies depending on the table's pod: Play lots of creatures and then follow with Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite to beat people to death or amass infinite mana to draw your deck and combo.

The combo is to loop Timetwister with infinite draw and Reality Shift to exile your opponent's libraries. This line does require they have a creature to start the exiling process, but that is why Forbidden Orchard and Kiora's Follower made the cut. Just "gift" them a happy little spirit, then send them into oblivion. Untap the Orchard with Kiora's Follower, then untap the Follower with Staff of Domination and do it again to someone else.

The biggest strength of the deck is in Tamiyo's +1 for draw power. It feels a lot like Tymna, The Weaver does in cEDH. Rhystic Study is just as powerful in OB as it is in EDH. Mystic Remora is a maybe card for me currently until I see how the meta evolves. Sylvan Library feels like a free Sensei's trigger, but sometimes paying that extra life will be worth it.

Tamiyo's -2 is great. While I would rather be in a safe enough position to +1 every turn, sometimes you need to protect yourself and keep things tapped down.

Tamiyo's -7 is wonderful. Draw three cards and you have a permanent Omniscience effect. There is no downside. If you can get it to resolve, do it. It is a shame it says "from your hand" but that would be literally broken otherwise. Killing Tamiyo for this effect is not the end of the world either.

Umbral Mantle/Staff of Domination with Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds will be your infinite mana. Staff of Domination is preferable because it is also your draw engine, but Thrasios, Triton Hero is in the deck as a second back up/value card too.

Rings of Brighthearth is one of those cards that screams value-town in OB. Doubling my Tamiyo's activations is fantastic, so it has earned a spot in the deck, but it is not an essential piece of my combo. It does allow Sensei's Divining Top to be a tertiary draw engine once I have infinite mana, though.

Thousand-Year Elixir is a flexible spot. It will let Kiora's Follower activate the turn it comes out so you don't have to pass your turn, which is the biggest reason I run it. The untap effect is great, but most of the time I won't need the extra untap.

Eldritch Evolution is a very flexible creature tutor. It can search for Elesh Norn by sacrificing a Karmic Guide or Tendershoot Dryad or be used to find Selvala/Archdruid by sacrificing a mana dork. You can also sneak in Grand Abolisher on the turn you plan to combo.

Finale of Devastation is slightly more flexible than Green Sun's Zenith, I just didn't have the slots to run both. I still might try to, though.

Enlightened Tutor, Worldly Tutor, Eladamri's Call, Survival of the Fittest, and Fauna Shaman are the best tutors for our win conditions available in these colors.

Gaddock Teeg prevents casting 138 of the 175 available planeswalkers in the format. He's a boss. He's THE boss. He tells you what you can and can't do.

Linvala, Keeper of Silence is a 3/4 flier who is great at murdering others' planesalkers. Oh yeah, she turns off opponent's creatures too. Honestly, I wish I could run more fliers, but elves seem to have a lack of the keyword "Flying".

I considered Living Plane to combo with Linvala, but it is a pretty dead card without her. It is still on my mind though.

Mass mill/exile is a major issue for this deck, especially since Ashiok, Dream Render exists. Riftsweeper is a necessary evil in the list, but hey, at least he's an elf!

Giant, stompy creatures will also typically overrun you. Elves are small. If your table has a stompy-type deck, you probably want to keep a hand that will lead to a fast combo, or be prepared to find Elesh Norn/Tendershoot Dryad asap. Even then, a 7/7 reduced to 5/5 is still very dangerous and Tendershoot's saprolings can't wall against Trample well.

Narset, Parter of Veils doesn't stop your combo once assembled, but her counterspells might. Grand Abolisher is very necessary.

The deck will probably die to [Insert Generic Red Planeswalker] / Price of Progress. If Price of Progress becomes a major player in the meta, I will adjust to run more basics.

All in all, the hardest part has been not having enough space in the deck. I am still trying to figure out the best Lands to Spells ratio, I am very tempted to cut to fewer lands just to have another 1 or 2 playable cards. I don't think going below 18 lands would be a good idea though. More playtesting will be required.

Feedback and suggestions are appreciated!
