This is a deck that exemplifies my experience with the dutch tax"services". It's entirely made to make people pay way to much mana for everything they do since the tax on it has just gone up.
"Do you want to play a spell? You got to pay the additional spell tax for that. It will be 6 extra mana please."
And force spiking someone who just paid 4 mana for their Sol Ring to make them pay extra taxes is a thing that this deck wants to do just for the flavor reasons.

There are numerous cards that are in this deck purely for their name or flavor (Unquestioned Authority for example) because I wanted this to be the ultimate Tax collectors douchebaggery deck.

Also alot of the Removal has the word "Prison" in the name since, well, if you don't pay your taxes you're going to jail.

And if you want to complain you can fill out form number 178B but you do have to pay an additional 2 for the writing tax.
