To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a judge's tower. It is played with 2-6 people using a shared library. You have infinite life and infinite mana of all colors at all times. Effects that would cause you to win or lose the game don't. Players play with their hands revealed. Your starting hand size is your judge level (0 if you are not a judge). You must activate all abilities and cast all spells as soon as possible (you must have priority, targeted spells or activated abilities must have a legal target). Repeatable abilities must be activated once per target per turn. This includes your opponents' turns. All creatures must attack or block if able. If a series of triggers and or abilities forms an infinite loop, execute the loop once and then exile a permanent in the loop at random. If you commit a rules violation, you lose.
House rule: If you have a card with storm in your hand, you must cast it last.
Minutia:
-A card's owner is synonymous with its controller. If a card is in a shared zone (i.e. library or graveyard) the active player is the owner.
-If you commit a rules violation while in control of another player's turn, you still lose.
-If two actions may be done simultaneously (i.e. two instants or activated abilities) you choose the order.
-If a player attempts to draw from an empty library, shuffle the graveyard into the library and draw a card instead. This is an uncounterable replacement effect.
-If you draw a card on an opponent's turn and you may cast it, do so.
-If a mana cost has x in it, determine x by rolling a 6 sided die.
-You are responsible for announcing the triggers, targets, and abilities of permanents you control. You may only do this when you have priority and must specify when you are passing priority or attempting to change phases if there are triggers on the stack, otherwise, standard tournament shortcuts apply.
