An overbearing vice deck bent on controlling the board and forcing excessive card draw.
Generally, there's three lines of play, depending a lot on what you draw and where the game goes:
Drawing/hand size penalty from Seizan/Font + Underworld/Fate Unraveler. This is the general focus of the deck. Underworld and Seizan will hit each opponent for 5 during their upkeep, while Price of Knowledge, Iron Maiden and Psychosis Crawler just double down on this strategy.
Discard via Bottomless Pit/Oppression/Painful Quandary + Megrim/Caress/Bloodchief. Alternate Commander-less strategy swaps out card drawing for forced discard. This is a little more complicated and requires set up, but can steal a game from nowhere with Dark Deal. This is the more cautious approach when combo decks take too much advantage from your commander.
Surprise upkeep kill. Probably the most consistently lethal card in the deck is Repay in Kind. Lay low, let people draw cards and take passive damage from Seizan, then drop Repay when someone is in single digits and let upkeep damage kill each opponent before they can draw for the turn.
This deck evolved into a mono-black, speed stax deck due to the amount of hate it receives. The biggest inclusion being Infernal Darkness, which essentially every mono-black deck should run on principal due the how hard it shuts down any deck that isn't 60% black. Always tutor for Infernal darkness early on because it buys you free turns and locks your opponent's hand for easy damage. Similarly, Pestilence and the snow-dependent Withering Wisps are particularly devastating with Seizan out, allowing you board-sweep anything under 4 toughness repeatedly and wear down everyone's life total.
Expect a lot of hate fast and strategically place enchantments so they're not removed the same turn without having any effect. Low-impact spells like Megrim and Underworld Dreams, generally stay under radar until draw/discard engines ramp the damage. Tainted Aether, Oppression, Infernal Darkness however draw fire and provide cover for the damage engines.
You're also not above just blowing everyone out with a 15 damage Exsanguinate so there's always that.
