This is a Derevi, Empyrial Tactician midrange deck. It wants to ramp early and can get out some pretty big threats early with a good hand. This deck focuses more on untapping your own things with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician's ability to gain insane value as opposed to tapping down your opponents things. Mana Vault/Grim Monolith/Basalt Monolith are great targets for untapping with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician's ability. Later in the game, it's pretty easy to combo off. There's a little bit of a wizard theme, but the deck isn't super committed to it. This is an incredibly fun deck to play and the deck does so many different and interesting things. The win condition is usually Craterhoof Behemoth or producing infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator. Tooth and Nail should either fetch Deadeye Navigator with Palinchron or Craterhoof Behemoth depending on the scenario. With the infinite mana, you can infinitely tap down your opponents during upkeep by blinking Derevi, Empyrial Tactician over and over. You can infinitely untap your own things as well. It doesn't outright win the game, but pretty much does. There are few things that your opponents can do after that, especially if you have Voidmage Prodigy, Glen Elendra Archmage, Restoration Angel, or Venser, Shaper Savant to protect your Deadeye Navigator from instant speed removal.

Ways to produce infinite mana of all colors:

Deadeye Navigator+Palinchron+Enough Lands
Deadeye Navigator+Derevi, Empyrial Tactician+Gilded Lotus
Deadeye Navigator+Derevi, Empyrial Tactician+Mirari's Wake/Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger+Simic Growth Chamber/Azorius Chancery
Palinchron+Mirari's Wake/Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger+Enough Lands

Ways to produce infinite mana of Green/White:

Deadeye Navigator+Derevi, Empyrial Tactician+Bloom Tender

Interesting Interactions:

Derevi, Empyrial Tactician+Sensei's Divining Top=Double draw. You can make a stack where you can choose to draw with Sensei's Divining Top, and then put Derevi, Empyrial Tactician into play with his ability or blink him with Deadeye Navigator. This can draw your whole deck if you have infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator
Arcanis the Omnipotent+multiple combat damage triggers=Draw tons of cards. Use all of your triggers to untap Arcanis the Omnipotent. After each untap resolves, activate Arcanis the Omnipotent again to draw three cards. You'll get three cards per untap. You can do this with any of the creatures with untap abilities like Weathered Wayfarer or Captain Sisay or Birthing Pod, but it's best with Arcanis the Omnipotent
Derevi, Empyrial Tactician+Willbreaker=Steal lots of opponents creatures. Use Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to untap your opponents creatures and you'll steal them (the creatures don't need to be tapped to try and untap). Great for getting rid of opponents commanders and threats.
