Tempo Mill (Standard)

So i'm in love with mill decks.
I would hate myself if i couldn't find a way to play Fraying Sanity in Standard before rotation, and that's the main reason why I'm submitting this deck.
I noticed that some sweet synergies can be put together to gain some card advantage and control the board long enough to set our clock.
Fraying sanity is the card we want to see every single match and the one we will wait for before start milling with creatures, spells and lands. Energies will help us fixing some mana and drawing more than our opponent, hoping this will be enough to find our mill/tempo cards.
Fleet Swallower is only a 1x cause i don't think our opponents will just let us play a 7 mana big fish and attack for the win the next turn (supposing they didn't deal with our Fraying Sanity in the meanwhile).
Also, 1x Torment of Hailfire can be useful in grindy matchups, thou i'm not sure about it cause our opps can just chose to lose their lives, since we're not really dealing any damage.
I'm pretty sure this is NOT the best list for this purpouse, but this is what I could think out of my mind and it might have some potential. Or not. Whatever :P
