While those cards would be very effective, how many people do you think would really be prepared for this? or even have those cards with them when it happens.

The elves dont have haste, and he need pass the turn for attack in the next, is more probably if he play vs red deck have 1 card to kill.

Nice, Thanks error. Yes, you can even counter this with a simple Whipflare but it's just the idea of the deck really. It won't always win against Red and sometimes Black.

EDIT. I placed a play set of Force of Will and moved Parallel Lives to the sideboard to help counter said Board Wipes.

I think there are counters cheaper than Force of Will , Plasm Capture , Familiar´s Ruse , Voidslime , Flashfreeze , Cancel , Dissolve , Dissipate , Convolute , Spell Blast , Thoughtbind , Negate , Deprive , Unified Will

Force of Will is expensive, but it would be able to protect him on turn 3, since he wont have any mana left to use on counterspells.
