What is a good set up based around Chandra? I just got her in a booster pack and would really likes deck to play her in.

Which Chandra?
Perpetual Johnny. Interactions and originality are preferable to winning, though winning doesn't hurt.

Ensuring Chandra flips is challenging; I think her's is the hardest of the Origins Planeswalkers. The easy answer, is a deck of red creatures with cards like Crowd's Favor, Fall of the Hammer, and Ride Down if you splash white. Of those, Crowd's favor is the most situational. Theoretically, you could flip her turn 3 after hitting all three land drops, with no more than 1 tap land.

Generator Servant on turn 2.
Tap and sac on turn 3, cast Chandra using mana from the Servant. Attack, cast Crowds Favor, ping with Chandra, She flips.
Perpetual Johnny. Interactions and originality are preferable to winning, though winning doesn't hurt.
