[Standard] R/B Aggressive Relinquish Deck - Feedback and critique please!

I'm about to drop some cash on some cards and would like someone to critique my deck build. I casually play with friends but we are getting more and more competitive as we get deeper into Magic. I would like to enter FNM events soon I just want to make sure my my build stands a chance against the unexpected. Please critique my build, give light into its weaknesses and let know what essential cards I need for my sideboard. I'd love to put a little bit more thought into this before I drop some cash.
