Sorry, but what do you mean by splashback exactly?

I think this person is referring to "flash back". It's a mechanic that some cards have that let you play their effects a second time if they are in your graveyard by paying their mana costs and exiling them from the graveyard. Mill yourself then have your graveyard loaded with flashback effects.

Good lord. Thank you for that suggestion. I am definitely going to incorporate that into my deck. Cheers!

Glad it helps, just be careful with the self milling though, if your deck is too small you'll off yourself before defeating the opponent. Make sure to incorporate cards that recycle your graveyard back into your deck. Also a necessity for any flashback deck is runic repetition. It allows for you to take any exiled flashback card and add it right back to your hand. Have fun with four copies of that card.
