A playset of Elvish Mystic would go well in the deck, as well as Nissa, Vastwood Seer for extra value out your lands. Thornbow Archer is a must have in a black green elf deck. Removing all 3 Gilt-Leaf Winnower wouldn't hurt either, its a lot of mana for a 4/3 and a conditional kill spell. Ajusting your mana base would be a good place to go, 4 Temple of Malady would help.
