Use Transmute abilities from Drift of Phantasms and Ethereal Usher to search for Chasm Skulker
Use Clone to double as Chasm Skulker
Use See Beyond, Divination, and Otherworld Atlas to ramp up +1/+1 counters for Chasm Skulker/Clone
Use Pongify/Ratchet Bomb/Drowned Rusalka to destroy/sacrifice Chasm Skulker/Clone
Use Sea's Claim/Spreading Seas for a legion of Island Walkers to win game.
