waste not : whenver an discard a noncreature/nonland , draw a card.

The Waste Not only triggers for opponents discarding cards (not you discarding cards). Sphynx's Tutelage mill is not considered "discarding" as it is placed straight from the library to the graveyard (as opposed to - from the hand to the graveyard). They 2 cards do not interact with each other.

Seems like Dark Deal works with either waste not and tutelage, but the waste not and tutelage do not have any synergy with themselves.
