This does look like a pretty good deck. Have you tried adding any of the other white humans that make spirits in innistrad (like mausoleum guard for instance)? Also I feel that if you actually added some black creatures like morkrut banshee (this way you still have the spirit theme going AND it's black so you can not only use cards like bone splinters to do some spot removal but it would also lead up to eliminating a stronger creature using her morbid effect. Just an idea, actually using the black more in this deck can lead to some good synergy and more spirit output from your Teysa. For the spirit token production from her try adding reassembling skeleton and tenacious dead. This way they can die, trigger teysa's effect, and then come back from the grave to do it all over again. Lastly if you add call to the kindred then you can get spirits from your deck onto the field with less trouble. Just some ideas to help the deck flow smoother.
