Infinite Elves

Presence of Gond to ensure population, Intruder Alarm makes it an infinite combo.

I want to see the look on the face of the person you unleash this on.

Its done REALLY well against the 5 opponents I play test with almost daily. Haven't tried it against any real "control" decks, and I know there are ways out there to counter this dec. However, no one is ever prepared for it.

Adding Elvish Mystic instead of Gnarloot Trapper should help your mana work better.

What is the point of the Ugin? It seems like the rest of  your deck wants to win way faster than you'd be able to cast Ugin.

Remove tapped lands, use:

Overgrown Tomb instead of Jungle Hollow
Breeding Pool instead of Thornwood Falls

and put 4-6 fetches (Misty Rainforest or Verdant Catacombs), maybe you can remove Llanowar Wastes

You can't start with a tapped lands, you must start with:
land - Llanowar Elves/Gnarlroot Trapper

Took most of the advice posted. Left in thornwood falls and removed all black from this deck. Focusing on loop only.

As far as I can tell, Hardened Scales literally does nothing for you.

Yeah... I think you're mistaking the +1/+1's you get for +1/+1 counters. They're different. Hardened Scales only affects the number of counters. I made the same mistake while running Gleam Of Authority in one of my decks.

Hardened scales does nothing.
Imho jagged-scar archers are useless, and elvish champion does'nt do much. Elvish visionary could help to dig in your deck. I would play less Island and add breeding pool, you can't miss your green mana on first turn. I think heritage druid and nettle sentinel could fit in perfectly.
