Zada's effect doesn't work with Pyromancer's goggles or Howl of the Horde. Zada says: when you cast an instant or etc.
Pyromancer's goggles and Howl of the Horde say: copy that spell. It's not casted, they just create a copy of it on stack.
In short, a casted spell is a spell played from your hand.

I really like chandra's ignition+titan's strength+zada+goblin tokens.
