Why the Akroan Horse?
Consider Fate Unraveler instead of Underworld Dreams. The difference in mana cost may likely see it in play faster, though it will also die to more answers.

I second the Fate Unraveler. A 3/4 creature can stall the board enough for your drains to finish the job.

You could try Sire of Insanity. It feels super bad to get hit by the effect. And you could include Master of Cruelties for the maximum FU

Is Kaervec a good option? He just enters in the very late game. Perhaps Spiteful Visions could be a better option.
